Pisco-Co Sour
Ingredients
- 60 ml Pisco-Co (coconut fat-washed pisco)
- 30 ml Lime juice
- 30 ml Sugar syrup 50/50
- 15 ml Mondo Maraschino
- Egg white
- Bitters, mostly as decoration
How to make it
- Fat wash the pisco with coconut oil to make the Pisco-Co.
- Garnish
- Bitters, mostly for decoration
