Hana Kakuteru
Ingredients
- 30 ml Gin
- 40 ml Sake
- 25 ml Lime juice
- 10 ml Rich sugar syrup
- 20 ml Honey syrup (simple)
- 1 dash Orange blossom water
How to make it
- Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into the glass.
- Place one ice cube under the orchid and the dried citrus wheel so both float on the surface.
- Go easy on the orange blossom water — a drop or two is enough.
