Intro To Aperol
Ingredients
- 60 ml Aperol
- 30 ml Gin
- 22.5 ml Lemon juice
- 7.5 ml Simple syrup
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
How to make it
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake 8–10 seconds.
- Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass.
- Garnish
