Chervona Kalyna Cocktail

Ingredients

• 30 ml Bacardi 8 años rum
• 10 ml Cherry syrup (Skælskør frugtplantage)
• 10 ml Orgeat
• 10 ml Licor 43
• 20 ml Lime juice
• Rosemary twigs
• Champagne

How to make it

1. Muddle rosemary in the bottom of the shaker.
2. Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into the glass.
3. Top up with champagne.

Garnish tip

Rinse and dry the maraschino cherry first, otherwise the syrup drips down the outside of the glass.
