Chili-Passion Daiquiri
Ingredients
- 40 ml Rum (Santiago de Cuba añejo)
- 20 ml Lime juice
- 20 ml Sugar syrup
- 0.5 Passion fruit
- 0.5 Egg white
- Chili to taste, coarsely chopped
- 10 ml Mondo Maraschino
How to make it
- Chop the chili coarsely and crush it lightly in the shaker.
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
