Ingredients

• 50 ml Appleton 12 yrs rum
• 50 ml Guinness beer
• 15 ml Coconut cream
• 10 ml Mr Black coffee liqueur
• 15 ml Demerara syrup
• Bitters, preferably walnut or chocolate

How to make it

1. Shake all ingredients but the beer with ice.
2. Double strain into a glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
3. Add the beer and stir gently with a bar spoon.

Garnish

Let the froth represent the beer head
