Spicy Apple Fizz
Ingredients
- 40 ml Dark rum
- 50 ml Valkyria cinnamon-spiced apple liqueur
- 20 ml Egg white
- Lemon bitters, 5–10 dashes
- 80 ml San Pellegrino sparkling lemonade
How to make it
- Double shake, first without ice and then with.
- Serve in an ice-filled highball and top with the lemonade.
- For more egg white foam, skip the ice and serve in a daiquiri coupe instead — the difference is considerable.
